About a month before the end of your free trial (new providers) or your current subscription (established providers), we will send you an email inviting you to renew. This email will contain a choice of 2 proto-invoices. If requested, we can send a full invoice by post or by email.
Please note the invoice number shown on the invoices - it will be in the format 1nnn or 2nnn (4 digits starting 1 or 2).
You can pay by bank transfer (preferred) or by cheque. Note: Google have discontinued their online payment service Google Checkout, so unfortunately we can no longer accept card payments.

This is the preferred method of payment, and is quick, easy and safe for you if you use internet banking or phone banking. Or you can request the transfer in person at your branch.
